Meet The Team
Stephanie Zielinski, MA, BCBA; Founder
Stephanie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Mother of 2, with over 10 years of experience in the field of applied verbal behavior and autism spectrum disorder. She believes that Applied Behavior Analysis is an extremely powerful science and has witnessed countless profound achievements throughout her journey. Stephanie is a born and raised local to St. Petersburg, Fl. Integrated Roots Behavioral Therapy was formed on the desire to create a place where children in our community have the opportunity to learn from a team of behavioral therapists that were trained with the rigor that she was trained with. Furthermore, she believes that Applied Behavior Analysis works best when the child is circled with a collaborative, integrated team.

Gabriella Gonzalez, MS, RBT
My name is Gabriella Gonzalez and I have a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology, with a concentration in Child Development, and a Masters of Science degree in Family and Child Sciences, both from Florida State University. In addition, I am a Registered Behavior Technician and am currently working towards my BCBA certification. Furthermore, I am bilingual in both English and Spanish. I am originally from Miami, Florida and have been living in Tampa, FL for a year (February 2018). On my free-time I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, as well as traveling with my boyfriend and our cat, Sam. All in all, my goal is to bring about meaningful and positive behavior change through the use of effective strategies, individualized programming, and collaborative relationships.
Eleni Sakis, BA
Eleni Sakis moved to Florida in 2013 after graduating with her BA in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Nebraska. She has spent over 10 years working with children at different capacities and is currently the Director in the Boys & Girls Club of The Suncoast where she serves at risk youth ranging in age from 5-18 years old. Upon discovering the world of Applied Behavior Analysis, Eleni left her former Master's program in Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health to pursue a new avenue which she believes will help her make a greater impact in the community. While Eleni pursues her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis, she will work as a Registered Behavior Technician and will focus on absorbing instrumental teaching tools needed to benefit the clients of Integrated Roots.
